Have you seen this before, what’s problem we will talk this day? We talk about call ID number problem. Some customer report to us, why their contact name ID (phone book) not shown on the display (only the number). I am sure they never update the contact list from the old one or manually input the number. What, we do?
Set factory, format, format external memory or update firmware? After those, the wasting time come in and there was nothing, still the same.

Why, because we should try small edit for international standard phone number. Ok you may blame me, but it true. Just used international code country.
Example:
You stay at Indonesia with region Jakarta and you have fixed number 7418281, so you must edit the number to +62217418281. I will not explain that, i am sure you expert to do that. Otherwise, if this can’t fixed them just try another new simcard or do software update for bug fixed.

Just try the little usefully thing before you lost the time.
